Help us welcome two new staff members to Vassar Law Firm!
If you’ve called lately, then you’ve already “met” our new receptionist, Rachelle Hugo. Rachelle joined Vassar Law Firm as our receptionist in December. She’s enjoying the fast pace at our office and says the staff and clients already feel like family.
“My goal is to recognize the clients when they call and know what their needs are so I can get their questions answered quickly,” she said.
Raised in Yukon, Oklahoma, Rachelle has 14 years experience serving various companies in an administrative assistant role.
We’d also like to introduce Ravona Platt who replaced Lupita Fernandez as the mileage/medical records specialist for Vassar Law Firm. She began in the fall. A native Oklahoman, Ravona was raised in Spencer and now lives in Jones.
She worked in the insurance industry before accepting her position with the firm. “I enjoy the people I work with here and have such an appreciation for the integrity of the firm,” she said. “I have a lot of respect for Mr. Vassar and his standards.”
Her goal is to make sure mileage checks are sent out in a timely manner so clients have one less thing to worry about.
“I want to know that our clients are getting their checks when they should so they have gas money to get to their medical appointments and court dates.”
